Let us mourn all the attacks on houses of worship, including the massacre at the mosque in Hebron on Purim 1994, when Brooklyn-born Israeli settler Baruch Goldstein slaughtered 29 Palestinians while they prayed. 

This mass murderer is honored as a saint by some Israelis, and a book of 533 pages was published in praise of his homicidal deeds: Baruch Ha-Gever (“Baruch the Saint,” Jerusalem, 1995, Mikhael Ben-Horin, ed.).

A Chronicle of Calamities and Catastrophes for Gentiles

Introduction

Purim is the rabbinic festival of revenge derived from the Book of Esther and then further embroidered and extended by authoritative Talmudic and Kabbalistic traditions which are observed in Orthodox Judaism as a sacred obligation. An online column is insufficient for anything approaching a full explication of Purim.  A more extensive study will be found on pp. 823-827 of this writer’s Judaism Discovered.

Purim is celebrated as a festival commemorating revenge upon non-Jews. Pious Judaic believers dress in various grotesque, Halloween-type of regalia; much of it reminiscent of the reversals common to the medieval feast of fools, whereby persons of low station masqueraded as aristocrats and aristocrats as peasants; villains as saints and alleged holy people as demons. Consequently, on Purim in New York this writer has witnessed Israeli-Americans dressed as Arab suicide bombers complete with ersatz bomb belts, and rabbis attired as women, gorillas and clowns.

There are deeper meanings attached to Purim than reveling in vengeance against one’s enemies, real or imagined. These are largely outside of our purview here, except to note that Purim entails a perverse obligation for the Judaic male to become intoxicated. He is to become so drunk on Purim that he can’t discern the difference between Mordechai (the Judaic hero of the Book of Esther) and Haman (the Hitler-like villain of the book). In other words, Judaic males are to become nearly blind drunk on Purim. The Talmudic injunction for this behavior is found at BT Megillah 7b. The esoteric reason for this intoxication, which produces a perception of the union of opposites, i.e. of good and evil, rests on the Kabbalistic doctrine (cf. Zohar Bereishis 36 and Chadis 2:137b) which is the occult secret of Purim: that both Haman and Mordechai serve the purposes of Judaism. As the eminent Rabbi Samson Raphael Hirsch explained it, “...anti-Semitism is the tool through which the God of Israel preserves his people.”

Reproduced above is a full-color front page from a devout Orthodox Judaic religious newspaper. It was published on the 12th of Adar 5767 (March 2, 2007). It depicts two Judaic men drunkenly cavorting on Purim: one is holding a liquor bottle and glass of liquor, the other is doing a tipsy somersault; both men are fulfilling their religious obligation. 

Purim in recent history

On Purim 1994: 14th of Adar (February 25), Dr. Baruch Goldstein, an Orthodox Talmudic Israeli from Brooklyn, took a machine gun into the Cave of the Patriarchs in the Palestinian city of Hebron and massacred 40 Palestinians while they prayed (the media have engaged in massacre-denial and reduced the number of those he murdered to 29). He has a shrine in his honor in the Israeli state. The Ninth Degree of the Scottish Rite of Freemasonry, dedicated to revenge on Masonry’s enemies (by beheading), is inspired by Purim.

On Purim 2001:The late Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia aided and abetted, as his numerous activities on behalf of Talmudic training for U.S. lawyers and his own statements testify, the imposition of Talmudic halacha (law) on America. The first documentation in writing which we have of this ominous fact is the letter he dated March 9, 2001, written on Supreme Court stationery, pledging support to a rabbi of the Chabad Lubavitch sect of Christ-haters. Was it a coincidence that Judge Scalia chose to pen his letter to the rabbi on Purim, the 14th of Adar 5761? (For more on this cf. Revisionist History newsletter no. 83).

On Purim 2003: George W. Bush, the Skull and Bones society snake who Scalia helped make President of the United States (cf. Bush v. Gore, 2000), launched the invasion of Iraq during Purim —16th of Adar 5763 —which resulted in the catastrophic decimation of Christianity in that Arab nation and the deaths of tens of thousands of goyim. 

In Purim week 2016: approximately 35 hours before the beginning of Purim on Wednesday, March 23 at sundown, 14th of Adar 5776, more than 30 gentiles were slaughtered at an airport and subway station in Brussels, Belgium, and hundreds more wounded (cf. “Purim in Brussels”).

Perhaps it is a coincidence that the mass murder, the subversion of the US Constitution, the invasion of the nation of Iraq and the terror slaughter in Brussels all occurred on or near Purim; and then again, perhaps not.

Violent Racists: White AND Black

I have returned from the Sandpoint, Idaho conference this past weekend, where Oklahoma native Justin Cottrell, who now resides in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho with his family, presented a visual slide program based on his excellent book, Black Serial Killer.

To briefly summarize what many of you may already know, Whites are vastly more victimized by Blacks than the other way around, and the violence in the Black community in the U.S. (against each other, the police and Whites) is overwhelming compared to the relative peace that obtains in majority White neighborhoods. Mr. Cottrell makes these points with seemingly irrefutable statistics. 

The Other Ferguson

Cottrell also jogged my memory concerning the other Ferguson, Colin Ferguson, the racist Black killer who gunned down five Whites and wounded many others, and who is now largely forgotten. On December 7, 1993, Ferguson murdered five Whites including two White women who were passengers on the Long Island Rail Road in Garden City, New York. He also killed an Asian person. He wounded 19 others, most of them White. Ferguson had written notes about “filthy Caucasian racist females.” In 1994 Ferguson stated, “I wiped out six devils (White people).”

The pattern of media amnesia toward bigoted Black victimizers of Whites is documented in Cottrell’s Black Serial Killer. The author demonstrates that time after time, Black serial killers are usually publicized only locally, and in the case of newspapers, sometimes only in the back pages. Whites who victimize Blacks however, like Roof in Charleston, become planetary-wide symbols of the supposedly inherent wickedness of the White race; part of our “DNA” as President Obama recently alleged. It’s a fraud that perpetuates cycles of violence and misunderstanding by libeling White people and providing an alibi for more racist Black violence.

This type of talk is a fraud that perpetuates cycles of violence and misunderstanding by libeling White people as a group, and providing an alibi for more racist Black violence. Obama’s use of the phrase DNA (a reference to the basic genetic code) is particularly outrageous in that any negative remarks about African-American “DNA” would elicit a deluge of denunciation and outrage, as they have in the past when scientists have generalized about alleged genetic characteristics of Black people. The Orwellian standard of “some are more equal than others” is becoming more prevalent. Relentless equalitarian rhetoric has resulted in Whites becoming “less equal,” to paraphrase George Orwell’s Animal Farm satire. One wonders what the DNA in the African sub-continent consists of, in that right up to the present time, Black tribes butcher rival Black tribes without remorse or concern for the “civil rights” of their millions of victims. Washington Post reporter Keith Richburg in his important work, Out of America: A Black Man Confronts Africa, offers gratitude for his life in the USA, compared with his years reporting from Africa, where he says he could easily ended up as one of the numerous bloated corpses of the victims of inter-tribal wars which he saw floating down rivers and streams. 

From a political point of view, the President’s anti-White remarks will surely hurt the Democrat Party and benefit Republicans in the 2016 Presidential election. War-Zionist neocon candidates like Lindsey Graham, Marco Rubio and Jeb Bush will play the Caucasian card against the Democrats during the campaign. Whites in the South, Midwest and rural areas will likely vote for Wall Street’s Republican war profiteers who are eager to engage in a disastrous, Israeli-driven foreign policy entailing attacking Russia and Iran and involving the US in another costly foreign war quagmire in the Middle East. For American voters in 2016 it looks to be another case of a “choice” between havoc and calamity.

Shall we become what we oppose?

Some White nationalists are taking the low road on the despicable and cowardly massacre in the Charleston Church, by failing to adequately condemn Roof’s heinous acts and by subtly endorsing - to one degree or other - Roof’s supposed “manifesto.”

The political views of a homicidal terrorist are of no interest to this writer. Both Dylann Roof and Colin Ferguson should be hanged in public after a fair trial and an appeal process. Caucasians of all political persuasions who are worthy representatives of White Christian America, ought to express condolences and sincere sympathy to the Black survivors of this terrible atrocity, and condemn in no uncertain terms what this coward perpetrated.

Anything less is a sign that we ourselves have degenerated and become bestialized by the process of conditioning which the Cryptocracy has imposed on our nation, as evinced by the increasingly soul-rotting media of news and “entertainment.” 

There are no extenuating circumstances for a gunman who enters a church while people are praying and shoots unarmed civilians. He is a degenerate. Decent White people Right and Left need to say so unambiguously. This is one way we show forth the merits of our civilization. In “The Merchant of Venice” William Shakespeare contrasted two mutually exclusive archetypes as represented by the vengeance-seeking Judaic, Shylock, and the mercy-seeking gentile, Portia.

It’s a tragedy whenever we become what we oppose. I pray that our people will not sink to the level of the Zionists who made excuses for Baruch Goldstein’s massacre of 40 worshippers at the mosque in Hebron in 1994. Some Zionists even made a martyr out of that monster.

A White man deranged and filled with rage due to the vicious anti-White racism that is not an issue for the chattering classes, might at some level of his anguish be understood if he entered the headquarters of the heavily armed Los Angeles “Crips” street gang and engaged them in armed combat. It would still be wrong (because he would be breaking the law and acting as a vigilante), but in that case there would be extenuating circumstances, and no one could rightfully term the White assailant in that situation a punk, which is what Dylann Roof surely is.

There are conspiracy theories circulating to the effect that no one was really killed in the Charleston Church. Apparently all of the bereaved relatives are actors, and the eyewitnesses are liars. I can find no evidence for this grave claim. When conspiracy theories are based on supposition or wishful thinking, proper and healthy skepticism toward the mouthpiece media and official government accounts is discredited.

There are aspects of Roof’s crime toward which one may be rightfully skeptical. We continue to question the timing of his rampage, which, on the day of his apprehension, coincided with publicity for the Supreme Court’s ruling in favor of the state of Texas and against the Confederate flag. It’s almost too convenient. This “coincidence,” coupled with Roof’s history of ingesting the drug Xanax, causes us to ask whether he was some sort of government Manchurian candidate. But since we do not possess the resources to follow up our questions with an investigation of Roof, we can only hope that some news organization with the integrity and the means, will do so. Until they do, our tentative doubts have the status of questions and nothing more.

The Cryptocracy’s academic patrician, Cass Sunstein, famously advocated infiltrating the ranks of conspiracy theorists so as to discredit them. People who claim Roof shot no one must either produce evidence demonstrating why the relatives faked their bereavement and why the surviving witnesses lied. Empty speculation masquerading as sleuthing does a huge disservice to those who survived the savagery in Charleston, as well as to scrupulous conspiracy theorists who want no part of irresponsible rumor-mongering.

May all of the innocent victims of racist hatred in America, both the Black victims memorialized by the world, and the White ones consigned to the memory hole, be equally mourned and remembered.

Purim 2012: Kill the “Anti-Semites”

On Purim 1994 Brooklyn-born Israeli settler Baruch Goldstein slaughtered 40 Palestinians while they prayed in Hebron.

On Purim 2003 the U.S. invaded the sovereign nation of Iraq, officially to eliminate illicit weapons of mass destruction but in reality to neutralize a possible Iraqi threat to the Israeli government. Nearly 5,000 dead Americans and a trillion dollars later and Iraq has been totally neutered, just as the Israelis and their American agents had hoped, notwithstanding the damage to the US economy and our service men and women.

In the run-up to Purim 2012, which begins on Wednesday evening March 7, Senator John McCain has called for a deficit-ridden America to undertake a multi-million dollar bombing of Syria, while Senator Joseph Lieberman, speaking at the Israeli lobby’s AIPAC conference, demanded a U.S. attack on Iran if the government of that Persian nation will not stop its non-existent nuclear weapons program. The German philosopher G.W.F. Hegel observed that the only thing we learn from history is that we learn nothing from history.

Ancient Race War Revived

J.D. Longstreet on the website of the “Save America Foundation: Patriots in Action” states: “Before Iran was renamed Iran it was Persia. The rift between the Jews and the Persians is not new. It goes back many centuries...It is impossible to read the book of Esther this week, especially, and not see the parallels between an ancient Jew approaching a great potentate asking for help to save the lives of the Jewish people. One can only hope Obama reacts as did King Ahasuerus and that Obama and Netanyahu can both enjoy a few of those famous “Haman’s Ear” cookies in celebration of the special occasion when the Jews were saved and Haman, the evil prime minister of Persia, did not succeed in his plot to kill all the Jews..." 

On Sunday March 4 Herb Keinon wrote in the Jerusalem Post: “Netanyahu...will meet with US President Barack Obama on Monday to discuss how to stop a Persian tyrant interested in killing Jews. The meeting is just two days before Purim, a holiday retelling a similar tale, involving a Persian tyrant intent on killing Jews thousands of years earlier. Do not be surprised if Netanyahu somehow connects those two dots during public comments he will make in Washington.”

Why are we not surprised that, according to Israel National News, during the three hours that President Barack Obama spent with Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu in the White House on March 5, “Netanyahu took the opportunity to draw a parallel between the narrative in the Book of Esther – wherein the wicked Haman seeks to destroy the Jewish people throughout the Persian Empire – with Israel's modern day conflict with Iran...Iran is geographically Persia and the Iranians are descendants of the ancient Persians.”

A race war thousands of years old is invoked in deliberations of the President of the United States concerning our nation’s war policy. The modern nation of Iran is identified with the ancient nation of Persia by the Israeli Prime Minister and his supporters in the Zionist press and American “patriot” right wing. The high Persian official Haman is likened unto the officials of present day Iran. This would be little more than Grade B schlock movie fare were it not invested with international gravitas before our very eyes. The ancient racial stereotyping against which the rabbis and the media howl when applied to “the Jews,” is freely applied to the Iranians in the name of Israeli national survival and self-defense.

This contemporary racial targeting becomes more ominous when we consider that Haman was identified as part of the nation of Amalek which God ordered annihilated. In Christian teaching, the nation of Amalek is no longer mentioned. This belief is in accordance with the Bible at Deuteronomy 25:17-19 “to blot out the memory of Amalek from under Heaven.” Since Amalek is gone from the face of the earth and Bible-believers are to blot out his memory, those who keep the memory alive are in violation of God’s prophetic will. This defiance emanates from the Babylonian Talmud, which envisions an on-going war with Amalekites who are defined by 21st century rabbis as the anti-semites among us, meaning anyone who thwarts Zionism or Judaism.

In addition to the grave threat of extermination that this warped belief presents to the dehumanized people of Iran, it is also a warrant for the murder of all the opponents of Talmudic Judaism and the apartheid “State of Israel” who are classed as “anti-Semites,” whether or not they are Iranian.

“Amalek was the first anti-Semite”

Rabbi Eliezer Melamed is a leader of the violence-prone Israeli settler movement and the head of Yeshivat Har Bracha in the occupied West Bank of Palestine. He is esteemed as an authority on rabbinic law. His major works include his legal treatise, Pininei Halacha. Melamed uses his weekly column in the Israeli newspaper Basheva to advocate attacks (“vengeance”) on Palestinians by the Israeli government and the military: "We don't aspire to private vengeance, but to state vengeance led by the Israel Defense Forces and all the systems of government." (Cf. Haaretz, March 18, 2011).

Rabbi Melamed has declared that those who worship Jesus Christ are idolaters: "...they (Christians) still embrace idolatry, believing that ‘oto ha’ish’ [Jesus] is god and the messiah, who will be resurrected to redeem the world... This delusion that Jesus is the mashiach (messiah) is indeed a false belief. As we learned from the words of the Rambam (Moses Maimonides, Laws of Kings 11:4): ‘Jesus the Christian, who thought he was the Messiah… was the subject of a prophesy in the Book of Daniel (11:14): ‘…also the renegades of your people will exalt themselves to fulfill the vision – but they will stumble.’ Could there be a greater stumbling block than this [Jesus]?” (Emphasis supplied).

For Purim 2012, Rabbi Melamed has made the following declaration: 

“Although the main mitzvah of wiping-out Amalek rests upon the community in general, every individual Jew is also obligated to fulfill this mitzvah. Therefore, if one comes upon an Amalekite and has chance to kill him, but does not – he has annulled this mitzvah (Sefer HaChinuch, 604). Amalek was the first anti-Semite...Today, the seed of Amalek has been lost; however, if (it) becomes clear that a certain person is an Amalekite, following in their ways, it would be a mitzvah (blessed deed) to kill him (see Kol Mevaser 2:42)...Only after evil is eradicated from the world can there be complete joy. Thus on Purim, after the obliteration of Haman and his sons, happiness is especially great.” Cf. Rabbi Eliezer Melamed, "Amalek: War Against the Root of Evil," Israel National News, Feb. 28, 2012 (emphasis supplied). 

Rabbi Melamed then creates an escape clause in case some people might be horrified at the notion of killing anyone labeled an “anti-Semite”: “...if an Amalekite decides to take upon himself the fulfillment of the Seven Mitzvoth of Noah's Sons, according to Jewish law, there is no longer an obligation to kill him...” 

The “Seven Mitzvoth of Noah's Sons, according to Jewish law” (i.e. Talmudic law and successive halachos derived from it), decree death for idolaters. In Judaism worship of Jesus Christ is defined as avodah zorah (idol worship). "Anti-semitic" Amalekites and those who worship Jesus are subject to death. They can only escape capital punishment by accepting the Seven Mitzvoth of Noah's Sons and denying that Jesus is God. This is what it means to “take upon” the “Seven Mitzvoth of Noah's Sons” (Noachide Laws): the messiah status and divinity of Jesus Christ must be denied. The U.S. Congress is on record (Public Law 102-14) recommending the enactment of these misnamed “Noah” laws (in Orthodox Judaism the patriarch Noah is derided as a low character; cf. Judaism's Strange Gods [2011] p. 108). 

Purim Bacchanal: Judeo-Dionysiac debauchery

Like other pagan religions based on concepts derived from the ancient worship of strange gods which Yahweh abominates (Exodus 20:2-3), the pagan anti-Yahweh religion of Judaism venerates the god Dionysus in his incarnation as Bacchus, during the drunken Bacchanal conducted during Purim, when intoxicated Judaic men dress up as women, Arab terrorists (complete with mock suicide bomb belts), clowns and various animals.

Dionysius’ most common cult name in Greek was Bakch(e)ios; in Latin Bacchus, from which is derived the name of a drunken revel, the “Bacchanal.” The rites of Dionysus feature wearing masks, cross-dressing, impersonation and illusion. Walk the streets of Mea Shearim in Jerusalem or the Williamsburg section of Brooklyn, New York during Purim and you will observe these rites being enacted. Dionysiac festivals in ancient times were accompanied by public drunkenness. Alcoholic intoxication is condemned by the Bible in Proverbs 20:1; 23:20; Romans 13:13; Ephesians 5:18; I Cor. 6: 9-10. Everyone from Rick Santorum to Patrick J. Buchanan refers to the civilization that originally gave rise to Europe and the United States of America as “Judeo-Christian.” They apply this term out of blatant disregard for the fact that Purim, one of the religion of Judaism’s holiest days, commands alcoholic intoxication and is marked by masquerading and cross-dressing. 

In the Babylonian Talmud (BT) we read:

Rava said: One must become so intoxicated on Purim that he cannot distinguish between “Cursed is Haman” and “Blessed is Mordechai.” Rabbah and Rav Zeira celebrated the Purim feast together. They became intoxicated. Rabbah arose and slaughtered Rav Zeira. The next day, Rabbah prayed for mercy on Rav Zeira’s behalf and revived him. The following year, Rabbah said, “Let master come, and we will celebrate the Purim feast together.” Rav Zeira answered, “Not every time does a miracle occur.” (BT Megillah 7b).

In the preceding Talmudic account, a great "sage" of the Gemara declares that Judaics must get blind drunk on Purim. Another "sage" obeys and becomes so intoxicated that he slaughters another rabbi, and yet the killer merits having his resurrection wish agreed to by God: the rabbi who was killed by the drunk comes back from the dead. What part of this Judeo-Dionysiac debauchery and nonsense rightfully comprises a hyphenated partnership with Christians as represented by the term “Judeo-Christian”? (2 Cor. 6:14).

The “positive” side of Purim drunkenness: “Basic happiness is revealed”

“Although in general drunkenness is disgraceful, nevertheless, its positive sides cannot be ignored. As a consequence of intoxication, basic happiness is revealed, expressing physical, unrestrained joy, filled with power and vitality. Normally, however, the lust and depravity of drunkenness obscures its positive side, and as a result, it causes wildness and numerous obstacles. But on Purim, when we drink and take joy in the salvation of Hashem, remembering the miracle that was done by means of the feast, the positive sides of drinking are revealed.” --Rabbi Eliezer Melamed (Israel National News, March 3, 2012).

Alexander Hislop penned a best-selling book, The Two Babylons, which is a staple volume in some Protestant households. It is full of quotes and illustrations purporting to show that Roman Catholicism is allegedly a religion imbued with paganism. Most of these same Catholic-despising Protestant households are stubbornly yoked to one degree or another with the Talmud of Babylon and its rabbis, and will not acknowledge or seriously consider books that document that Judaism is a Babylonian belief system which uses the Bible only as a cover for its heathen madness and occult delusions.

As in 2003 under the administration of Republican President George W. Bush, in 2012 under the administration of Democrat President Barack Obama, pagan Purim continues to set the agenda for our nation’s foreign policy.

“Israel’s Last Chance to Strike Iran”

Michael Hoffman’s Analysis: Mr. Yadlin is the former Chief of Israeli Military Intelligence and currently serves as the Director of the Israeli Institute for National Security Studies. The headline of Yadlin’s Op-Ed conforms to Orwellian U.S. media practice by substituting the euphemism “strike” for the word bomb in any headline or article. This is a nearly universally enforced editorial practice. One must never write of “Israel’s last chance to bomb Iran.” Evil Arabs, Persians and Muslims bomb. Noble Zionists, Judaics and their American lackeys don’t bomb, they only strike. The media’s nationwide conformity to this weasel-word substitution tells us all we need to know about the sub-rosa control exerted over the American press. 

Yadlin’s article amounts to extortion. If the U.S. doesn’t bomb (“strike”) Iran soon, he argues, then the Israelis will be forced to do so. The immense cost to U.S. taxpayers of any massive American bombing campaign is not an issue. It is not raised at Republican presidential candidate forums organized by Rick Santorum or Newt Gingrich (Romney seldom participates in spontaneous question and answer forums; Ron Paul is for peace). 

Yadlin and his fellow Zionists obviously consider U.S. taxpayers as little more than peasants automatically obligated to fund the wars of their Zionist kings. 

We invaded and fought in Iraq for a Zionist agenda. Iraq was not, as the Left obtusely claimed, a “war for oil.” Iraq today is a basket case that won’t pose a “threat” to the Israeli apartheid state for another ten or fifteen years; that was the whole point of the American invasion of Iraq on Purim, 2003. Now the brazen demands are coming from Jerusalem again, on the eve of Purim, 2012, and America’s army of golem are preparing to march. Nothing changes, does it? 

This recurring nightmare confirms our abject servitude to a racist, colonizing foreign power, a national tragedy this is not even a blip on the radar screen of the Tea Party or the other claimants to the mantles of fiscal conservatism and Constitutional rectitude, most of whom believe that Iran is about to nuke Jerusalem at any moment, even though, according to the front page of the Feb. 25 edition of the New York Times: “American intelligence analysts continue to believe that there is no hard evidence that Iran has decided to build a nuclear bomb.”

Talmudic Chabad Offers Continuing Education Credit for Missouri Lawyers

In the “seminar accredited for Continuing Legal Education (CLE) by the Missouri Bar” reported in the press release below, St. Louis, Missouri lawyers who attend will be schooled by Chabad rabbis in the Babylonian Talmud, a handbook on lying, deceit and wrong-doing which desecrates the name and memory of Jesus Christ (Sanhedrin 43a; Gittin 57a), and His Blessed Mother Mary (Sanhedrin 106a; Kallah 51a), permits sex with children (Sanhedrin 69b in The Talmud: The Steinsaltz Edition [Random House, 1999] vol. 19, p. 13; also cf. Ketubot 11b and Sanhedrin 54b) and teaches that Judaic males are above God (Bava Metzia 59b). 

Chabad (also known as “Chabad-Lubavitch") is a Hasidic faction of Orthodox Judaism that derives its halacha (law) from the pagan-occult Zohar (Kabbalah), and the Babylonian Talmud, along with the sacred texts of the founder of Chabad, Rabbi Schneur Zalman of Lyady. One of Rabbi Zalman’s texts, Tanya, teaches that the souls of gentiles "contain no good whatever” (Opening the Tanya, p. 43).


Chabad-Lubavitch supports Judaic racist-terrorist “settler” groups in the Palestinian occupied territories. Individual Chabadniks have promoted Baruch Goldstein, the mass murderer who slaughtered forty Palestinians while they knelt in prayer in the Ibrahimi Mosque in Hebron, on Purim, 1994.  


Chabad-Lubavitch Community Center and United Lubavitcher Yeshiva hosted a U.S. speaking tour for one of Chabad’s rabbis, Yitzhak Ginsburg, president of the racist Od Yosef Chai yeshiva in the violence-prone West Bank settlement of Yitzhar, and the author of a text praising Goldstein, which is titled, Five General Religious Duties Which Lie Behind the Act of the Saintly, Late Rabbi Baruch Goldstein.


Tea Party golem and their leaders in Congress are running amok over the alleged possibility of Islamic Sharia law being implemented in the United States, while Babylonian Talmudic law continues its deep penetration of American jurisprudence without a peep of protest from these “Constitutionalists" who shriek alarms from coast to coast about the horrors of “Sharia.”


The state of Missouri requires attorneys to be members of the Missouri Bar in order to practice law in Missouri. The Missouri Bar was created in 1944 by order of the Supreme Court of Missouri. Talmudic institutions like Chabad, which are authorized to offer Continuing Legal Education credits to lawyers are thereby accredited by the state of Missouri through the Missouri Bar. 


In the United States of America in 2011 it would appear that the Constitution provides for separation of Church and State, and Mosque and State, but not Synagogue and State.

The conference was designed to provide a forum for the comparative analysis of legal, ethical and public policy issues under Jewish and secular law. It offers modern legal minds the opportunity to explore age-old Jewish legal principles and their relevance to current law and public policy.

PRESENTERS:

SAMUEL J. LEVINE is Professor of Law and Director of the Jewish Law Institute at Touro Law Center. Previously he served on the faculty of Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California. He has published more than forty law review articles and has lectured widely in the areas of legal ethics, criminal law, law and religion, Jewish law, and constitutional law. Professor Levine graduated cum laude from Fordham Law School and with highest honors as a James Kent Scholar from Columbia Law School.

RABBI SHLOMO YAFFE applies his prodigious mind and booming voice to the mastery and teaching of Talmudic law and Chassidic philosophy. A prolific writer and speaker, he received his Rabbinic ordination from the Central Chabad Rabbinic Academy in New York. He is the Dean of the Institute for American and Talmudic Law, and lectures nationwide to appreciative audiences. He currently serves as the Scholar-in-Residence at Chabad of Harvard University.

TALMUDIC CITATIONS IN AMERICAN JUDICIAL OPINIONS: A CRITICAL ANALYSIS - A survey of judicial citations to Jewish and Talmudic law in several complex and controversial areas of American law. Through a careful analysis of these judicial opinions we will explore the accuracy and relevance of these citations, and their application to the legal issues at hand.
