68th anniversary of an unsung holocaust

On March 9, 1945 the U.S. Air Force fire-bombed the city of Tokyo; an estimated 100,000 Japanese civilians were incinerated.

This holocaust in Tokyo is:

Not studied in special curricula in American schools

Not memorialized by American museums or exhibits

No reparations have been paid and no apologies issued by the perpetrators.

Based on the rationale of "victor's justice," the perpetrators were not prosecuted for war crimes and mass murder.

Why is one holocaust worth more than another?

Thank you for this. It is so tiresome hearing members of the Tribe always whining about THE holocaust, which is inaccurate on so many levels. Just goes to show you how biased the media and academia are, that most people haven't heard of this tragedy.

If only a sizable contingent of Americans could see through the propaganda and see things in perspective they would be shocked to realize how they've aided and abetted evil all the way, and continue to do so, all the while resting in the presumption they are on God's side because those in NYC and Hollywood told them so. This story needs to be told again and again until people get it.

Speaking of unsung holocausts and anniverseries, America has murdered something like 60,000,000 unborn since the horrible decision to sanctify abortion. With eyes and hearts comfortably closed, America sacrifices children to the devil and wonders what went wrong with the culture. Personally I believe that was a watershed event, a major tipping point, where America went over the edge. Birth control was just a warm up. America has shown God that it does not deserve to exist and its destruction will likely be as cruel as the destruction it has inflicted. Firebombing of cities. Not a nice way to go. Not how you would want your family to go.

Come Lord Jesus.

Well there is this memorial in Tokyo: http://www.flickr.com/photos/sftrajan/889976908/

In downtown Portland, Oregon and many other places there are very prominent and Public monuments and memorials to those Japanese resident aliens and their US citizen descendents who were quite unjustly interned during the war. There are no such monuments in Japan to those European and Asian civilians whom the Japanese quite unjustly interned, enslaved, tortured, raped, and murdered and massacred. Not to mention the Japanese's superlatively inhuman treatment of actual prisoners of war. Nothing like this in Japan https://www.google.com/search?q=japanese+internment+memorial&hl=en&client=firefox-a&hs=KO1&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ei=H1VBUZqsOsmCygH08IDgDQ&ved=0CEQQsAQ&biw=1143&bih=621
