Racists should not be on the U.S. Supreme Court

No matter what their ethnicity, racists should have no place on the U.S. Supreme Court

"...a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male..."
--Justice Sonia Sotomayor, "A Latina Judge’s Voice," La Raza Law Journal (La Raza = "The Race"), Spring 2002

"Judge Sotomayor, whose parents moved to New York from Puerto Rico, has championed the importance of considering race and ethnicity in admissions, hiring and even judicial selection at almost every stage of her career...she became the outspoken leader of a Puerto Rican student group...to force the hiring of Hispanic faculty members and administrators. “She was very passionate about affirmative action for ...minorities,” said Charles Hey, another Puerto Rican student...As a lawyer, she joined the National Council of La Raza ("The Race") and the board of the Puerto Rican Legal Defense Fund, two Hispanic civil rights groups that advocate for vigorous affirmative action. As a judge, she has repeatedly argued for diversity on the bench by alluding to the insights she gleaned from her Latina background. In one of the few cases dealing with the subject that she helped decide on the federal appeals court, Ricci v. New Haven, she ruled in favor of the city’s decision to discard the results of an exam to select firefighters for promotion because too few minority firefighters scored high enough to advance." Politically correct racists are allowed.

All others need not apply.

George H. W. Bush nominated Sotomayor as a federal judge in 1991 -- a position that made Sotomayor the youngest judge in the Southern District of New York and the first Hispanic federal judge in the state.http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2009/05/26/bio-judge-sonia-sotomayor/

it's not racism when its against white men because white men caused all the problems we have in the world today. that's why we are passing laws to get white men out of power and to keep them out.

Mr. Hoffman.

Aren't you using the term "racist" as the marxists do? Under the Old Order, were not all people "racist"? Is that not the normal course of events?

Actually, the Oxford English Dictionary of 20 volumes defines its most fundamental usage as only the "acknowledgement that there are racial differences". Are there not racial differences, Mr. Hoffman?

Are racial differences and inherent racial characteristics part of reality? Are we to notice them and know them?

I find your use of the term somewhat discombobulating. When do we accept marxist language and use it as such?

I agree with WLindsayWheeler. There are racial differences and racial characteristics; and it would be schizophrenic not to notice them and use that knowledge to make judgments. That kind of racism is just common sense, and the only people who are confused about it are Europeans (because of Hitler's conflagration). Race is simply a larger extension of one's family, and love of one's family is NATURAL, Mr. Hoffman, and doesn't indicate hatred of another's family. Ms. Sotomayor's racism is doubly bad for Whites; because she is using it against the traditional heirs of this nation for PAYBACK, and she is using her Hispanic/Mestizo bias to deconstruct this nation into a conspicuously NON-EUROPEAN ethnic scramble IN THE FUTURE. They can be Mexican in MEXICO, they don't need to be Mexican in AMERICA. And once again, no one is flooding the exporter countries with millions of ivory-skinned Quakers demanding that everyone pipe down and observe some decorum. Why is it racist to demand that we keep our culture, which is intrinsic to our race? Would a "Latina" judge be interested in preserving decorous European culture, more than a White man? If she wouldn't, should we still make her a "Supreme"? If the answer is yes, based on the idea that criticizing the racism of Judaics can only be sustained by a blind allegiance to "non-racism" then you are cutting off your nose to spite your face, and you need to rethink your approach to criticisms of anti-Christic philosophies, so that you can allow yourself to defend your immediate and extended kin, without being hateful to others.

why is it that almost everyone in the Establishment, the media, and elsewhere people are forgetting the SEXISM of this lady? She specifically mentioned a latina WOMAN, and a white MALE. This isn't just a race issue, it's a sex issue, and CLEARLY the establishment is more comfortable talking about the racial issue than the sex one
